Who is this service for?
This service is designed for product-based businesses that want high-quality brand content at scale without the overhead of a full production team. We work with skincare and beauty brands, homeware and lifestyle products, ready-made drinks, jewellery, accessories, and apparel. Because this service is fast and volume-based, we don't usually shoot food-based products, as food typically requires a dedicated food styling team and a slower, more bespoke production process.
 

How is the content styled?
Our styling approach is clean and minimalist so your product takes centre stage. We usually use a single set with natural-looking lighting and white walls or curated backdrops. Props are used sparingly, we let movement and your product do the work. The aim is timeless, on-brand, ad-ready content rather than fleeting social media gimmicks.
 

Who owns the content?
While Social Deli creates the reels, your business is given a perpetual and unrestricted license to use them across your marketing, ads, and social media.
 

Can you work with products if I am not local?
Yes, we work with brands all over the world. You can ship products directly to us. If you'd like your products returned, however, we'll just charge you for the return courier fee.
 

How far in advance do I need to book?
Shoots generally book out three to four weeks in advance with Monthly Retainer clients receive priority scheduling.
 

Can I customise my reels?
Of course! You can add your logo or branding, there's no restrictions on our end.
 

Can I have a model featured in my content?
Yes! We offer two options:

1. Partner Talent Agency Model: $900 for a 2-hour booking, with content usage rights for 12 months from the shoot date.
2. Social Deli Team Member: $300–$400 for a 2-hour booking (rate depends on team member availability), with unlimited, unrestricted usage rights.
 

Can you create ASMR-style videos?
ASMR content has a very specific style and requires professional sound conditions to achieve the desired effect. We only provide this service on-request. While this isn't part of our standard UGC-style service, we can certainly facilitate it. To do so, we'll need to rent a soundproof studio and bring in the necessary equipment. The additional cost for this is $500 per session, which covers both the studio rental and callout fee.
 

What happens after the reels are delivered?
You'll receive your final reels ready to post, along with a list of trending audio suggestions. If you'd like support, you can book a quick 10-minute call with a Deli specialist to answer any questions before posting.

How do you handle skincare and "messy" products?
If your product involves residue, like creams, oils, or serums, and you'd like messy styling where the product is applied directly to surfaces, we may need to purchase a dedicated backdrop. These are one-time-use only and usually between $99-$150 each. We'll confirm the cost with you in advance. If you'd prefer, we can keep the styling clean with no direct contact.
