Who is this service for?
This service is designed for product-based businesses that want high-quality, short-form video and photography content at scale without the overhead of a full production team. We work with skincare and beauty brands, homeware and lifestyle products, ready-made drinks, jewellery, accessories, and apparel.
 

How long does my retainer last?
Your retainer is ongoing, meaning it will continue month to month until cancelled. Note that each year we increase the price by 5%.
 

What's the cancellation period?
We ask for a minimum commitment of 3 months. After this, you can cancel anytime, we just ask for 30 days' notice.
 

What months are the two free months?
We provide two free months, applied to month 2 and month 5.
 

What happens to my free months if I cancel?
Your free months are a loyalty reward for staying with us. If you cancel after month 3, you won't receive your month 5 free month, as you're no longer an active retainer client at that point.
 

Can I pause or skip a month?
No, our retainer doesn't allow pausing or skipping, your monthly shoot and billing continue as scheduled each month until you cancel with the required notice.
 

How does billing work?
Billing is automatic and comes out on your photoshoot date each month, charged to your nominated card.
 

What happens if a payment fails?
We allow a 14-day grace period to resolve any failed payment. Content will not be delivered until payment is received.
 

What happens if I miss the brief deadline?
Briefs are due a minimum of 7 days before your shoot date. If we don't receive yours in time, we'll proceed with the shoot using our team's creative judgement.
 

What happens if my products arrive late?
Products should arrive at least 7 days before your shoot date. If they arrive after this, we'll proceed with the shoot using whatever has arrived by that point.
 

Who owns the content?
While Social Deli creates the reels, your business is given a perpetual and unrestricted licence to use them across your marketing, ads, and social media.
 

Can you work with my products if I'm not local?
Yes, we work with brands all over the world. You can ship your products directly to us. If you'd like your products returned, we'll charge you for the return courier fee.
 

How far in advance do I need to book?
Shoots generally book out three to four weeks in advance. If you're interested, apply now and select your preferred shoot date.
 

Can I request revisions?
Yes, we allow one round of editing revisions on any piece of content. This covers editing changes only (e.g. pacing, music, captions).
 

Can I customise my reels?
Yes. You can add your logo or branding, and request additional crops (released after approval).

Can I have a model featured in my content?
Yes! We offer two options:

1. Partner Talent Agency Model: $900 for a 2-hour booking, with content usage rights for 12 months from the shoot date.

2. Social Deli Team Member: $300–$400 for a 2-hour booking (rate depends on team member availability), with unlimited, unrestricted usage rights.
    

Can I attend the shoot as a client?
Our shoots are client-free, the reason being that we have multiple creators working in the one space, and it's too busy to have clients on-site. If you'd like to attend, we can arrange a client-accessible studio. The booking and callout fee starts at $500 for a basic studio, or more if you'd like something more elaborate (like a kitchen/home-look).
 

Can you create ASMR-style videos?
ASMR content has a very specific style and requires professional sound conditions to achieve the desired effect. While this isn't part of our standard UGC-style service, we can facilitate it on request. To do so, we'll need to rent a soundproof studio and bring in the necessary equipment. The additional cost for this is $500 per session, covering both the studio rental and callout fee.
 

What happens after the reels are delivered?
You'll receive your final photos or reels ready to post, along with a list of trending audio suggestions.
