How does the process work?

Plan: Once you book, we’ll send you a detailed questionnaire to outline your goals, product details, and brand preferences.

Shoot: Our team will style and shoot your products using professional lighting, backdrops, and creative techniques. Reels are shot with consistent lighting, using angles such as overhead, straight-on, or 45°. We also incorporate 2–3 backdrop/set changes to add variety while keeping the focus on your product.

Deliver: You’ll receive your ready-to-post reels within 14 days. Rush delivery is also available.
How many products can we focus on in one shoot?
We recommend up to 5 products per shoot. This allows our team to focus on quality rather than quantity, ensuring smooth and dynamic stop-motion movements that showcase your products at their best.
What kind of products is this service best suited for?
This service is ideal for small products under 30cm. We specialise in items like skincare, accessories (such as watches or jewellery), beverages, drinkware, crockery, and other lifestyle goods.
What styling options do you offer?
We use a minimalist styling approach to keep the focus on your products and the stop-motion effects. While our approach avoids elaborate props, you can order custom backdrops matched to your brand colours or mood for an additional fee.
Do you provide food styling for food-based products?
We offer add-on options for simple food and beverage garnishes, but these are meant to complement the product, not for full food styling.
Our mini-shoots do not include extra styling time or a dedicated food stylist. If your product requires more involved food styling, we recommend booking a full photoshoot (not a mini-shoot) where we can provide a food stylist and assistant for best results.
Can I provide props for the shoot?
You’re welcome to include props that complement your products. For instance:

If in doubt, let us know your ideas when booking, and we’ll advise on what works best.
How do I send my products?
Products should be securely packaged with clear labelling, including your brand name, return address, and phone number. Please ensure products arrive at our studio at least 7 days before the shoot to allow time for preparation.
What if my products arrive damaged?
To ensure the best results, we recommend extra padding in your package to ensure your products arrive free from scratches, marks, or damage. We also recommend sending extras to allow flexibility during the shoot.
What happens to my products after the shoot?
We ship your products back to you for a postage fee plus a $10 handling charge.
When will I receive the final reels?
Reels are delivered digitally via Dropbox 14 days after your shoot date. Rush delivery is also available.
Can I provide direction during the shoot?
If you’d like to collaborate or approve content in real-time, we offer a live direction add-on. Most clients trust our expertise, as the questionnaire ensures we capture your vision perfectly.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can reschedule with at least 7 business days’ notice. If rescheduling within 7 days of the shoot, we’ll accommodate you at the next available time. Purchases are valid for 12 months from the booking date, so you have flexibility to rebook as needed.
Can I use these reels across multiple platforms?
Absolutely! These reels are optimised for Instagram, but they perform just as well on Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and your website.
Who owns the content?
We retain creative rights for portfolio use, but you’ll have full, unrestricted usage rights across your marketing channels once payment is complete.
