What's the process? Plan: You’ll receive a pre-shoot questionnaire to outline your goals, products, and styling preferences. Shoot: We style and shoot your products in-studio using your brief as the guide with 1–3 set changes. Deliver: We'll delivery 10 ready-to-post reels and 50-500 Images within 14 days. *Rush option available. Ask us for more details!
How many products can I include? This service is scoped for up to 5 products to ensure quality, creative variety, and smooth stop-motion execution.
What products is this best for? Products under 30cm in size, like skincare, homewares, drinkware, accessories, and lifestyle goods. This shoot format is designed for small-to-medium sized products that can be styled cleanly in our 1 metre set. We recommend sending a maximum of 5 products per shoot, with 1 to 3 products featured per scene to ensure strong visual focus, clean styling, and the best outcome within the vertical 9:16 crop.
Can I choose the styling? Yes, you can select colours, sets and styles with our fun interactive questionnaire. You can also order custom backdrops matched to your brand colours or mood (custom brand colour backdrops require an additional fee please ask us upon booking).
Do you offer food styling? Simple garnish styling can be included, but for full food styling we recommend a full shoot with a dedicated stylist (this is not included in this service).
How do I send my products? We'll send a delivery address as soon as you book! Please package your products securely with clear labels (brand name, return address, phone number) and ensure arrival 7 days prior to the shoot.
What happens after the shoot? Do you return our products? Of course! We can return products to you for the cost of postage plus a $10 handling fee.
Can I give direction during the shoot? Yes, we offer a live direction add-on if you’d like to collaborate during the shoot. *Please ask us if you are interested in this option as this would require an additional fee of $500. In saying this, most clients rely on our styling team using your creative brief.
What if I need to reschedule my shoot? You’re welcome to reschedule up to 14 days before your shoot date. After this time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply as we’re unable to fill your reserved spot in our production schedule. All bookings remain valid for 12 months, giving you the flexibility to rebook when it suits you.
Can I use the reels on other platforms? Yes, these are optimised for Instagram but perform well across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, websites, and newsletters.
Can I include products from multiple businesses in one shoot? No. Each shoot is dedicated to a single business. All products must fall under the same company or brand to ensure consistency in styling, direction, and usage rights. We’re unable to accommodate mixed-brand shoots.
Do you restrict how and when I can use the content? No way! You'll receive full unrestricted and unending usage rights once payment is complete. - Meaning, use them wherever, whenever! Note that we also retain creative rights for portfolio use.
Skincare, Makeup & Messy Product Notes We love working with skincare, makeup, and beauty brands. However, if your shoot involves products that leave residue (e.g. creams, oils, serums) and you’d like them applied directly to surfaces for that “messy, lived-in” aesthetic — we may require you to purchase a specific backdrop for the shoot. This is simply because some materials (like vinyl) stain or degrade with product contact and can’t be reused. Here’s how it works: We’ll let you know before the shoot if we think a purchase is necessary. You’ll have the option to proceed with clean styling or cover the cost of a custom backdrop (which you’ll own after the shoot). No surprise fees — we’ll flag this early based on your brief.
Hand Model Requests All shoots are conducted using hands from our in-house team — and in 99% of cases, this is more than enough. However, if you need specific hand styling (e.g. polished nails, a certain skin tone, etc.), we can book a hand model on your behalf for $300 per hour. Just let us know at booking and we’ll arrange the rest.
