Who is this service for?
This service is designed for product-based businesses that want high-quality, short-form video content at scale without the overhead of a full production team. We work with skincare and beauty brands, homeware and lifestyle products, ready-made drinks, jewellery, accessories, and apparel. Because this service is fast and volume-based, we don't usually shoot food-based products, as food typically requires a dedicated food styling team and a slower, more bespoke production process.
 

What do I get in the package?
Each package includes 10 short-format reels designed for ad testing and social media. We use the latest iPhone (16 or 17) along with professional videography lighting to capture your products in the best light while keeping an authentic look. All reels are edited to a maximum of 15 seconds in a 9:16 format and delivered ready to post. You’ll also receive 10 trending audio options, though you’re welcome to use your own music when uploading.
 

How are the reels styled?
Our styling approach is clean and minimalist so your product takes centre stage. We usually use a single set with natural-looking lighting and white walls or curated backdrops. Props are used sparingly, we let movement and your product do the work. The aim is timeless, on-brand, ad-ready content rather than fleeting social media gimmicks.
 

Can I customise my reels?
Yes. You can add your logo or branding, request additional crops (released after approval), and if needed, we can arrange for a professional model at an additional cost.
 

How far in advance do I need to book?
Shoots generally book out three to four weeks in advance. Strategic Session clients receive priority scheduling. You can book single sessions or take advantage of discounted packs of five or twelve sessions.
 

Can you work with products if I am not local?
Yes, we work with brands all over the world. You can ship products directly to us. If you’d like your products returned, we’ll invoice you for the postage fee plus handling.
 

How do you handle skincare and “messy” products?
If your product involves residue, like creams, oils, or serums, and you’d like messy styling where the product is applied directly to surfaces, we may need to purchase a dedicated backdrop. These are one-time-use only and can’t be reused for other clients once stained. We’ll confirm the cost with you in advance. If you’d prefer, we can keep the styling clean with no direct contact.
 

Who owns the content?
While Social Deli creates the reels, your business is given a perpetual and unrestricted license to use them across your marketing, ads, and social media.
 

What happens after the reels are delivered?
You’ll receive your final reels ready to post, along with a list of trending audio suggestions. If you’d like support, you can book a quick 10-minute call with a Deli specialist to answer any questions before posting.
 

What additional services are available?
For products that need a face in the content, such as skincare or fashion, we can feature a member of our team or a professional model for an additional fee. If you need specific hand styling, such as polished nails or a particular skin tone, we can arrange a professional hand model for you. Can you create ASMR-style videos?
ASMR content has a very specific style and requires professional sound conditions to achieve the desired effect. We only provide this service on-request. While this isn’t part of our standard UGC-style service, we can certainly facilitate it. To do so, we’ll need to rent a soundproof studio and bring in the necessary equipment. The additional cost for this is $800 per session, which covers both the studio rental and callout fee.
